| Earlier this week NAAA staff members Jay Calleja, Sterling Wiggins and Andrew Moore traveled to Vineland, N.J., at the invitation of Downstown Aero Crop Service Inc. to observe an ag aircraft calibration clinic. NAAA is pleased to report that the association continues to be successful in ensuring the importance of aerial application research to USDA and Congress. Yesterday the Senate Appropriations Committee approved the Fiscal Year 2015 Agriculture Appropriations Bills and included language endorsing the continued support of the USDA-ARS Aerial Application Technology Program.
