EPA to Consider Revising Certain Specifics of WPS and Pesticide C&T Rules

The EPA recently announced it will initiate a rulemaking process to revise certain aspects of the Worker Protection Standard and the Certification and Training Rule. The EPA expects to publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to solicit public input on proposed revisions to the WPS requirements for minimum age, designated representatives and application exclusion zones. NTSB: UAV Operator at Fault in Black Hawk Collision
