EPA to Consider Revising Certain Specifics of WPS and Pesticide C&T Rules |
The EPA recently
announced it will initiate a rulemaking process to revise certain aspects of
the Worker Protection Standard and the Certification and Training
Rule. The EPA expects to publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to solicit
public input on proposed revisions to the WPS requirements for minimum age,

The NTSB has
concluded the operator of a UAV that crashed into an Army helicopter over Staten Island in September
